The route

Walk anti-clockwise from the southern car park. Pass the cricket-team memorial early in the walk — full bronze statues and an interpretive panel. Continue along the western shore to the northern jetty. The eastern shore returns past the swimming beach and the electric BBQ shelter.

The 1868 Aboriginal cricket team memorial (the team that toured England — Australia’s first international touring side); resident water birds; calm-water swimming beach; ski boats in season.
