Two days based at Patchewollock — Fintan Magee’s silo art, the Patchewollock Music Festival country, and serious access to Wyperfeld National Park’s quieter north side.

Day 1 — Horsham to Patchewollock (130km)
Drive north via Warracknabeal and Beulah. Patchewollock arrive lunch. The Patchewollock Hotel parma is the unofficial centre of the universe. Afternoon silo art (Fintan Magee’s Nick Hulland). Sleep Patchewollock Hotel or push 25 min south to Hopetoun.
Day 2 — Wyperfeld National Park (90km)
Drive to Wonga Campground (Wyperfeld’s main southern access). Day walking: Snowdrift Dunes (3km return) or Black Flat Lake loop. Lunch picnic. Return Horsham via Hopetoun.

Check Parks Victoria for track closures and fire-danger updates before driving north of the highway. Wyperfeld closures occur on extreme-fire-danger days.
