The route
From Birchip (the Mallee Bull statue start point), north-west to Beulah (Beulah silo art — Florence and Devon Gosden’s portrait by Adnate). Continue south-west on farm roads to Brim (Guido van Helten’s farmers). Return south-east via Watchem and Curyo back to Birchip.
Supplies
Birchip has a bakery, hotel and general store — top up before departure. Beulah has a small store with limited hours; Brim has the highway service station. Carry 3L water minimum.
Safety
Quiet farm roads, but grain trucks during harvest October–December. Hi-vis essential. Mobile coverage intermittent. Tell someone your route.
